Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If there is an issue with your order we would love for you to begin by contacting us at to let us know so that we can best resolve your issue.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 


Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges. Please note that we can not guarantee we will have the item you purchased available at the time of exchange as our inventory fluctuates on a daily basis.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
